Scallops are seared and blended with white fish, lemon, dill and fresh ricotta, then folded into our handrolled fresh pasta.
Enjoy these as an entree or a main and pair with our herbed butter sauce.
We recommend 2-3 pieces for an entree and 3-4 pieces for a main. Large eaters may enjoy more but with sides this is a perfect amount.
